introduction

The term Ambient Computing refers to the seamless integration of computing technology into our ambient living environments. We no longer work in front of computers, we are living inside computers, we are even part of computers ...

The Ambient Computing Working Group was founded in January 2010 by Prof. Andreas Schrader and is part of the Institute of Telematics at the University of Luebeck, Germany.

Our scientific focus is on the application of ubiquitous and pervasive computing systems to realize interactive and context-sensitive multimedia environments.

We are performing a number of research projects and are involved in teaching in several computer science courses at the University of Luebeck.
